Toledo is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Toledo follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Was a frequent customer and ordered many cakes over the years. Sent my husband in today to get cookies. It takes a lot to get my husband ticked but the person behind the counter was so agregiously rude that he asked her "Why the attitude?" of which she would not reply. He decided to purchase a couple cannoli and skipped the cookies and the other purchases we were going to make and get out of there never to return.

The "dot cake" was decent! Icing in the middle and unfortunately the sprinkles on top which are crunch but thats just how its made everywhere. My real issue is the icing for their cupcakes. I'm not sure what going on, if its the heat, measurements were off or if something went bad but I have never had worse icing in my life. To the point I didn’t want to eat the cupcakes. I got 6, 2 chocolate (hoho I believe and chocolate peanut butter) those were pretty good. The peanut butter was very good the regular chocolate was decent not incredible. I also got a celebration (it was like funfetti) lemon, strawberry, and carrot cake cupcakes. I've made an incredible lemon icing myself. Very simple. The lemon cupcake tasted like nothing. To the point I had to check if I had gotten icing. I was licking it off a spoon and legitimately thought I licked just the spoon. How does that even happen? I was told the carrot cake had a cream cheese icing... maybe the icing had thought about being cream cheese once. It tasted horrible. I actually accidentally hit the cupcake and went to pick the icing off my hand and had such a visceral reaction I had to go back and make sure something disgusting didn't tou

The two female staff just seem rude, like they hate their jobs. Even when I called originally for a birthday cake they were rude which made me not order from them.. I then went in for cupcakes for the birthday dinner part (last minute), it's like they don't want to sell shit. While I was deciding and asking questions the one waiting on me seemed extremely annoyed the other one just stared at me like I was dumb 🀣 I was pretty quick and polite. Cupcakes were cute, prices are good, flavors were good. I was super excited to try this bakery out but not sure we will be back.

I ordered a pumpkin pie and a pumpkin roll for Thanksgiving. It was very good and I really liked the option of nuts for the pumpkin roll. They accepted orders much later than other bakeries as well. When I picked up the order, the staff was super friendly despite being super busy. Aside from holiday items, I highly recommend the cronuts, especially the Boston Crème ones.
